Version 1.0 · Effective September 15, 2026

1.Principles

CallBlade collects and uses consumer information only to perform the services our clients engage us for, and never sells consumer information.

2.Safeguards

  • Client data and recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Access to systems is role-based, limited to personnel with a business need, and removed promptly when no longer needed.
  • Agents work in controlled environments where recording, photographing, copying, or removing consumer information is prohibited.
  • Payment information is handled only through approved, PCI-aligned methods, and never written down or stored outside approved systems.
  • Security incidents are escalated immediately, investigated, and reported to affected clients as required by contract and law.

3.Data return and deletion

At the end of an engagement, client data is returned or securely deleted in accordance with the client agreement, except records CallBlade must retain for legal compliance, including its Do Not Call and suppression records, which are never deleted.

This Compliance Center describes CallBlade's policies and operating standards. It is not legal advice, and it does not modify any written agreement between CallBlade and its clients. Clients should consult their own counsel regarding their obligations. CallBlade updates these policies as laws and regulations change. Last updated: September 15, 2026.
