Call Recording Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective September 15, 2026

1.Notice on every call

All CallBlade calls, inbound and outbound, may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, training, and compliance. Because several states require the consent of every party to a call before it is recorded, CallBlade provides recording notice on every call at the start of the conversation, regardless of the state involved. For example: "This call may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes."

2.If a consumer objects

If a consumer objects to recording, the agent will offer to pause recording where the system and campaign allow it, or will end the call. Recording is never used covertly.

3.Sensitive information

Where recordings could capture payment card data, CallBlade uses pause-and-resume or equivalent controls so that full card numbers and security codes are not stored in recordings. Recordings containing health information are handled under the Healthcare & Medicare policy.

4.Access and retention

Recordings are stored encrypted, with access limited to authorized personnel with a business need. Recordings are retained as described in Recordkeeping.
